Team Member – Shift Lead Track

Jamba & Auntie Anne’s

We are hiring a Team Member with the intention of advancing into a Shift Lead position after training and demonstrating readiness.

You will begin as a Team Member so you can learn our store, products, procedures, and expectations before taking responsibility for running shifts.

What We’re Looking For

- Must be 18 or older

- Previous leadership experience in food service required

- Experience leading a team or running shifts

- Fast, efficient, and able to perform well in a busy environment

- Confident giving direction and keeping a team on task

- Professional and respectful with coworkers and customers

- Able to work effectively with all team members regardless of personal feelings or friendships

- Receptive to constructive criticism and willing to make adjustments

- Dependable, punctual, and reliable

- Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done without constantly being told

- Comfortable holding others accountable while remaining professional

- Leads by example and is willing to jump in wherever needed

Training & Advancement

You will initially train and work as a Team Member to learn both Jamba and Auntie Anne’s operations. During this time, we’ll be looking at your reliability, speed, communication, initiative, teamwork, and ability to handle feedback.

Successful completion of training and demonstration of leadership skills will lead to advancement into a Shift Lead role.

Advancement is based on readiness and performance, not simply completion of a set number of training shifts.

We’re looking for someone who wants to lead, not just hold the title. A Shift Lead needs to be able to keep a shift organized, communicate expectations, make decisions, handle problems professionally, and keep the team moving.
