KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates. Maintain candidate tracking and recruitment records. Support internship and campus hiring programs. Onboarding & Employee Experience Assist with new hire onboarding processes and documentation. Coordinate onboarding sessions and orientation activities. Support employee welcome communications and engagement activities. Track onboarding completion and follow up on outstanding requirements. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support document management and HR file administration. Assist with preparing HR reports, presentations, and dashboards. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information Employee Engagement & Culture Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives like people celebrations and seniority dinners. Be part of the We Play and We Volunteers groups and lead events. Preferred Skills Experience with HR systems or recruitment platforms is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and data management like excel, PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
