Training Sales Advisor

Join the Derma Institute team and teach the next generation of aesthetic practitioners. We are an internationally recognised, award-winning aesthetics training academy delivering high-level, hands‑on training to licensed medical professionals. Our programmes combine small‑group teaching, live model training, and strong clinical support to help delegates build practical skills, confidence, and sound clinical judgement. As we continue to expand across the USA, we are seeking a motivated Training Sales Adviser to support delegate enquiries, course bookings, and sales activity in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area Location Remote role based in Miami / Fort Lauderdale area Duties: Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to potential training delegates in a timely manner. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Effectively communicate, educate and inform all learners on the aesthetic training course of their choice and available course dates. Ensure that all company sales invoices and documentation are accurately processed. Work with marketing and senior management to help promote the Derma Institute brand. Exceed personal/team/company qualitative and quantitative sales targets. Sales and administration experience (3 years in the Aesthetics industry and/or Education preferred). Working with weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Experience using customer databases (CRM) and IT office applications. Key Skills: Confident with inbound and outbound calls. Excellent organisational and planning skills. Able to meet sales targets. Technical ability to use a range of software and platforms. Communication and teamwork. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening. Track record of over‑achieving sales quota. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
