Overseeing the organization's tax compliance and reporting activities, the Interim Tax Manager will manage partnership tax compliance and planning in a remote, contract role for 5-6 months. Key Responsibilities Manage and review partnership tax compliance, including oversight of partnership tax returns and related reporting Coordinate and review Schedule K-1 preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to partners and stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA highly preferred 5-8 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax Strong knowledge of partnership taxation, pass-through entities, and multi-state tax compliance Experience with K-1 reporting and tax accounting
