What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and possibly all age groups

• Manage musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular patient needs
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Document patient progress accurately in compliance with standards
• Adapt therapies based on individual patient needs and diagnoses

What You Need

• Current NH State Physical Therapist License
• BLS certification
• Prior outpatient or rehab therapy experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
