Press Assistant/Operator - Freedom, PADirect Marketing Solutions is looking for a Press Assistant/Operator to join our Freedom, PA team. Wherever you may be in your career, DMS could be the place for you!Position Summary:The Press Assistant/Operator's main responsibility is to maintain operation of Web Printing Press and ensuring a continuous production flow. You will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency through the process to ensure accuracy and efficiency in regard to printing operation.Primary Responsibilities:Prepping ink and maintaining ink, paper, and other supplies to maintain smooth operation of Web PressAssisting with daily operation of Web PressMonitoring Web Press operation and performing basic troubleshooting as neededPalletize and wrap completed productRequirements:No experience necessary, will trainAbility to be on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shiftMechanical aptitudePrinting experience a plusSchedule:1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pmPay Rate:DOEBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off401kCovid-19 Precautions:Masks requiredSocial distancingFrequent sanitizing of high-touch work areas
