Job Title: Information Technology - Project Manager (IT) - Intermediate

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business needs.
• Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation and troubleshooting.
• Assist in defining key performance indicator and reporting metrics.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Tableau development, including dashboard design and optimization.
• 6+ Year in experience in BI Tools and 3+ years of working experience in TABLEAU DESKTOP and TABLEAU Prep.
• Demonstrated ability to Design, load and performance tune the STAR schema data model from the flat files.
• Good Knowledge on SQL and data engineering best practices .
• Ensure data accuracy using data governance best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to perform business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Detail-Oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and visualization.
• Excellent communication and verbal communication skills.
• Working experience on Microsoft PowerBI is a plus. is a plus.

At least 8 years of experience with 5 years in technology as a Tableau developer / data analyst, 2 + years of Business analyst is nice to have.

Interview process will be short with 1-2 interviews. All will be at least a video call. An in person interview may be required

EST 8-5 is preferred.

Hybrid with 4 onsite and 1 remote. You will be working with team members both in the US and China.
