Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants , led by James Beard Award-winning and Michelin-starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi , is seeking an experienced Bartender to join the team at Sfoglina , our celebrated neighborhood Italian pasta house in Washington, DC.

Our Bartenders are hospitality professionals who create exceptional beverage experiences while delivering warm, attentive service. This role requires technical skill, product knowledge, efficiency, and the ability to build genuine connections with every guest.
The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced upscale dining environment.
What We OfferFull-time team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.
