Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the Fleet Service Center Supervise and direct tire technicians and mechanics Perform opening/closing procedures; key holder responsibilities Provide customer service (in-person, phone, email) Assist with repairs and act as lead mechanic if qualified Oversee parts ordering, inventory, and verification Ensure diagnostic inspections and final quality checks Req Number MAN-26-00007 Position Requirements What you need to know and have: Valid driver's license and clean driving record 5+ years of management experience and truck/tire maintenance Heavy Duty Truck Repair certifications (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment, must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
