Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in an outpatient care environment according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment to plan and deliver care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor patient status, respond to changes, and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team; advocate for patient and family, ensuring safety, quality, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license (or license transfer eligibility) and current eligibility to practice in the state.
- Education: RN degree from an approved program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with ability to meet state licensure requirements.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Oncology nursing experience or strong interest in oncology/medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- Ability to work in an outpatient care environment and participate in a 4×10-hour shift schedule for a 13-week travel assignment.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
