Cash Posting Specialist

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time Cash Posting Specialist will accurately post, allocate, and reconcile payments from various sources, ensuring client accounts are balanced and up to date in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Receive, process, and reconcile payments from multiple sources, including electronic funds transfers, checks, and credit card transactions Accurately post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in accordance with payer rules and internal procedures Research and resolve posting variances and discrepancies to support accurate account maintenance Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in cash posting, payment processing, or revenue cycle roles is preferred Strong multitasking ability with experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven work High computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple systems Solid mathematical skills with the ability to identify and resolve numerical discrepancies
