We're hiring Production Associates for our 2nd Shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in manufacturing or food production. You'll help support daily production, keep work areas clean and organized, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

No specialized experience is required. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Support daily food production operations
• Help keep production areas clean, organized, and safe
• Package and inspect products for quality
• Load supplies and materials needed for production
• Move products and materials throughout the facility
• Operate hand jacks and basic production equipment when needed
• Set up workstations and prepare supplies for the next shift
• Monitor products on the production line to ensure quality standards are met
• Report equipment issues to supervisors
• Complete required production paperwork accurately
• Assist team members and help keep production running smoothly
• Follow company food safety and workplace safety procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
