Guest Service Team Member

Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Guest Services team as a Guest Services Agent . The ideal candidate uses an engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive and throughout their stay. Responsibilities Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience and provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking a sincere interest. Interact with all guests; welcome each guest to our hotel and, if they are arriving by motor vehicle, open their door upon arrival. Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check‑in. Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles as requested. Upon check‑in, escort guests and their luggage to their room while explaining hotel amenities and fun facts. Collaborate with other attendants to ensure each guest receives a personalized experience and consistently open the door for all guests. Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized. Exceed expectations with guests and employees, doing more than the norm to make a difference. Qualifications At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for the past six months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pleasant and helpful personality. Ability to work a full shift standing and moving between the valet lot and various hotel areas. Strong desire to make a positive impact on others. Outgoing and engaging demeanor. Excellent verbal communication skills. Capacity to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift. Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
