Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. In this role, you will manage a dedicated caseload, providing comprehensive diagnostic assessments, implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality psychotherapy. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical boundaries, excellent crisis-management skills, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous ethical and documentation standards. Responsibilities Core Duties & Responsibilitie Clinical Care: Conduct clinical intake assessments to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral health. Formulate accurate diagnoses based on the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Develop individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and evidence-based interventions. Deliver psychotherapy sessions using proven modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy. Provide crisis intervention and immediate stabilization safety plans for clients experiencing acute distress. Qualifications Active State Licensure: Must hold an active, unrestricted clinical license to practice independently (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC). Advanced Degree: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Clinical Expertise: Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and crisis screening tools. Communication Skills: Exceptional active listening, verbal boundaries, and professional written communication. Technical Proficiency: Experience navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms and telehealth software. Additional Information Preferred Qualifications: Post-licensure experience in private practice, outpatient clinics, or community mental health settings. Credentialed with major insurance panels or Medicaid/Medicare networks.
