Hourly Range $30-$37.50 Duties and Essential Job Functions Programming new parts and optimizing existing programs on a Citizen L32 Performing set-ups on multiple Citizen L32 Swiss machines Load stock into bar feeder and monitor the machining process Make necessary adjustments to maintain nominal print dimensions and required surface finishes Performs visual and physical inspection of parts produced per QMS Performs accurate transactions (clock on, clock off, entering quantities, closing out operation when done, filling in appropriate paperwork) Keep a clean and organized work environment May be responsible for overseeing other Swiss operators Personal Effectiveness Competencies Integrity: displaying accepted social and work behaviors Willingness to learn: understanding the importance of learning new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making interpersonal skills Must maintain a positive attitude, leadership skills, independent judgment, and strong communication skills.
