Position Summary :
The Project Management Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the project management team to ensure the successful execution of packaging equipment projects. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive risk management, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and executing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project managers to define objectives, deliverables, and scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and report project progress against key performance metrics.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior project managers.
• Support engineering teams in the design, installation, and testing phases of packaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with project closeout procedures.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in a project management-related role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Other Details :

• Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required).
• Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary.
