Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and executing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers to define objectives, deliverables, and scope.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to meet project requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor and report project progress against key performance metrics.
- Identify and escalate risks or issues to senior project managers.
- Support engineering teams in the design, installation, and testing phases of packaging equipment.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and assist with project closeout procedures.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in a project management-related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Other Details :
- Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required).
- Travel: Occasional travel may be necessary.
