Certified Nurse Assistant Nursing Home

Schedule: PM Shift (2pm-10pm), every other weekend

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required
• Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred
• Current BLS required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.
• Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed.
• Meet resident needs in a timely manner.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to charge nurse.
• Perform other duties as requested.
