Product Manager, Specialist

Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the Debit Card external client-facing web experience and internal crew experience Own digital and servicing capabilities for clients and crew to manage, support, and service debit card functionality Lead digital product management activities for multiple digital products or one strategic product Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create best practices driving significant change to the client experience Coach digital product teams toward best practices and learnings Ensure delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues and support or drive escalations Lead planning, development, and implementation of new digital products Define and analyze markets, develop product features and requirements, and create implementation plans Use qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to improve user experience Provide recommendations for business planning and departmental prioritization Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties Requirements Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required Graduate degree preferred Minimum of five years related work experience Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred Product management experience delivering digital experiences in financial services, payments, banking, or fintech Experience managing web-based products and customer-facing journeys Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in digital product management, particularly in delivering client-facing web experiences within the financial services sector.
