Marketing Coordinator

About the Position

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

In this role, you’ll work with the marketing team on digital marketing, social media, content, promotional initiatives, market research, and campaign reporting. You’ll help keep projects organized, coordinate campaign materials and timelines, and monitor marketing activity to understand what’s connecting with our audience.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Support campaign planning, scheduling, execution, and follow-up
• Assist with social media marketing and content calendars
• Create and coordinate content for social media, email, and digital marketing channels
• Help manage social media activity and audience engagement
• Maintain consistent messaging across marketing materials and communications
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Identify relevant industry, customer, and marketing trends
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and marketing metrics
• Prepare basic reports and organize campaign results
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Coordinate marketing materials for upcoming campaigns and promotions
• Support product launches and select promotional events
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners on marketing projects
• Assist with basic SEO and content optimization
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and project information
• Help identify opportunities to improve future marketing campaigns
