SEO Manager

DESCRIPTION We are looking for an experienced people manager to lead our Content SEO Program. You'll direct the activities of a functional area, managing a team responsible for content optimization strategy across multiple product lines and business areas. You'll navigate highly complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving priorities while developing your team's careers, driving measurable business impact, and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 10 years of experience with SEO for a global brand or digital agency 4+ years of experience directly managing SEO, content, or program management teams, including experience developing and calibrating talent Experience with AIO / GEO / AEO and optimizing content for AI-powered search Solid experience leading complex, cross-functional content programs across multiple product lines or business areas In-depth knowledge of the latest content SEO best practices across all significant worldwide search engines Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Profound, seoClarity, and Ahrefs PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS "13+ years of experience with SEO preferred Experience working in the technology and/or e-commerce industry Experience building or scaling a content SEO function at a large, matrixed organization Track record of building diverse, inclusive teams and developing talent into future leaders" #J-18808-Ljbffr
