Title: Cath Lab Technologist

Location: Bronx, NY - 10461
Schedule: Evening Shift | Monday – Friday | 8 Hours | 37.5 Hours/Week
Pay Range: $80/hr - $93/hr based on 34.5hrs

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist in Bronx, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and possess strong procedural and scrub experience. Candidates with RCIS certification and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and ensure proper operation of cath lab equipment.
• Scrub and circulate during cardiovascular procedures.
• Monitor patients and provide support throughout procedures.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC charting system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Preferred:

• Previous experience in a high-volume Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience.
• RCIS certification with scrub experience.
• AHA - BLS,ACLS
• Experience working in an acute care setting.
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system.
