We are seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Dallas office.

You understand the importance of client service and the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases, and you have a deep desire to help lead a team that shepherds our clients through this process. You come with personal injury litigation experience and a desire to win for your client. We need a litigator who can exemplify the heart, drive, excitement, and genuine buy-in that all employees at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers strive for every day.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of legal professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Case Management: Oversee all aspects of litigation with impeccable attention to detail, ensuring the comprehensive preparation of cases for settlement or trial.

· Client Advocacy: Serve as a point of contact for our clients, providing empathetic, world-class service and steering them through their legal journey with expertise and compassion.

Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the firm's litigation team leadership to refine litigation strategies, contributing to the firm's growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the DFW market and across Texas.

 

Qualifications:

· Experience: 4 - 7+ years of litigation experience, with at least 2+ years of personal injury-related experience.

· Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a high-stakes legal environment.

· Communication: Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.

· Organizational Skills: Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases.

· A Good Heart: A desire to maximize settlements, try cases when needed, and · always enjoy your work. Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating · for others, Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.

Preferred:

· Bilingual in English/Spanish.
