Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join an established rehabilitation team in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This mid-level, on-site position focuses on evaluating and treating patients with injuries, disabilities, and mobility limitations. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans designed to reduce pain, improve movement, restore function, and help patients achieve greater independence. The position reports to the Program Director and does not require travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and home treatment programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals and other members of the care team.
• Participate in discharge planning to support safe transitions and continuity of care.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Complete additional responsibilities appropriate to the Physical Therapist role as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to establish effective relationships with patients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous physical therapy experience in a rehabilitation or acute-care environment.
