Lead Product Manager - Cloud Database & AI Innovation

In this role, you will drive innovation in various areas, including roadmap creation, product requirements, feature prioritization, marketing materials, and both pre-sales and post-sales support. You'll collaborate with a vibrant and diverse team that is dedicated to customer success and committed to delivering groundbreaking solutions. Your Contributions Will Include: Leadership: Provide thought leadership in developing processes that align with product strategy. Team Building: Proven success in cultivating and leading effective teams geared toward achieving results. Influence and Communication: Effectively communicate and influence cross-functional teams across various management levels, while guiding projects from design to implementation. Product Definition: Craft the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by managing market/customer requirements and prioritizing product features. Documentation: Review documentation and provide essential feedback to engineering teams. Go-To-Market Responsibilities: Develop compelling product positioning. Introduce new products to sales teams and customers through engaging materials. Lead efforts in creating webcasts, datasheets, FAQs, white papers, blogs, and customer success stories. Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead. Key Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise cloud computing, database technologies, and AI. A technical background with a BS/MS in Computer Science is preferred; an MBA is a plus. Proficiency in enterprise cloud, AI technologies, and data/database architectures. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Adept in analytical thinking with a knack for solving complex tech problems. Ability to learn swiftly, adapt, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights.
