Vice President of Analytics
Virtual Vocations Inc
To lead analytics and medical economics initiatives within the value-based care framework, the full-time remote Vice President of Analytics will develop and implement analytical models, oversee medical economics analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance VBC strategies. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of analytics strategies for value-based care initiatives, focusing on risk adjustment, cost management, and quality improvement Oversee medical economics analytics, providing insights on trends, performance metrics, and financial projections related to VBC programs Make data-driven recommendations to improve patient targeting and engagement, driving better clinical outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Credentialed actuary (FSA, ASA, or equivalent) with substantial experience in healthcare analytics and medical economics Proven experience in value-based care models and a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams Proficiency in analytical tools and software, including data visualization and statistical analysis tools Virtual Vocations Inc
