On-Site Position Resumen del puesto Nuestra organización, en pleno crecimiento, busca a una persona hábil en la resolución de problemas para unirse a nuestro equipo como Representante de Atención al Cliente. Necesitamos a alguien entusiasta, capaz de escuchar las inquietudes de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones únicas e innovadoras para cada situación. El candidato ideal dominará las políticas de atención al cliente de la empresa y contará con una sólida formación sobre los productos, aspecto clave para brindar asistencia rápida y precisa a los clientes. Funciones principales Atender llamadas entrantes, correos electrónicos, faxes y mensajes de voz de los clientes, así como ingresar los pedidos en el sistema. Generar informes de producción según lo solicite el equipo de almacén. Informar a los clientes sobre artículos no solicitados o sin existencias (siguiendo el proceso habitual de pedidos) y ofrecer sustitutos cuando estén disponibles. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas externas informando sobre irregularidades o problemas, y derivar las llamadas telefónicas a los miembros del equipo correspondientes. Apoyar al equipo de ventas internas en tareas administrativas. Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Interactuar de manera profesional —tanto por teléfono como en persona— con clientes, proveedores y compañeros de trabajo. Colaborar con otros miembros de los equipos de ventas y producción para garantizar un servicio de excelente calidad al cliente. Ayudar en la gestión de pedidos especiales y listas de precios para clientes. Tramitar notas de crédito según la aprobación de la dirección. Colaborar en tareas relacionadas con cuentas por cobrar y por pagar (AR/AP). Asistir a reuniones de ventas y participar en actividades comerciales según sea necesario. Realizar otros proyectos o tareas adicionales que se requieran. Perfil del candidato Se requiere diploma de educación secundaria (High School) o título superior. Se requiere un mínimo de 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente o ventas. Es indispensable hablar, leer y escribir inglés con fluidez; se valorará el conocimiento de español. Se valorará la experiencia en el sector alimentario. Se requieren sólidos conocimientos informáticos y tecnológicos. Debe tener capacidad para trabajar en equipo y una actitud positiva.
