Role Description

The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Crane, TX, responsible for overseeing all daily restaurant operations. This role manages staff scheduling, supervises front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensures that guests receive consistent, high-quality service.

The General Manager monitors financial performance, controls costs, manages inventory, and implements company standards for safety, cleanliness, and food quality. This position leads, coaches, and evaluates team members, supports hiring and training, addresses customer concerns, and maintains compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The General Manager also collaborates with leadership on operational improvements and executes local marketing or promotional initiatives to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong financial and operational skills, including P&L management and budgeting.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with proven Customer Service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Experience with Hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, including coaching, conflict resolution, and performance feedback.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Crane, TX, with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar supervisory role strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
