Dining Room Server

Seeking energetic, friendly and customercentric candidates for our Dining Room Server position! We offer you Server pay starting at $5.50 per hour plus tips. With your tips received you'll average anywhere from $13.00 - $18.00 per hour or more depending on business levels and your upselling skills. As a Server, you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment. Servers are responsible for serving, bussing and cashing out all orders in a specified section in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner. Shifts may starting as early as 7am. The Water's Edge closes daily at 2pm and reopens at 5pm - 9pm for dinner service. Hours change during winter months. Ideal candidates will be 18 or older by start date and possess some hostess and/or serving experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant. Must be able to carry trays when serving meals. Requires lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and standing for long periods. Weekends & holidays required.
