Postdoctoral Fellow — Reproductive Pharmacology

A postdoctoral position is available in the Reproductive Pharmacology Program. The successful candidate will integrate in vitro and in vivo pharmacology with computational modeling to advance drug disposition, transport, and therapeutic development at the feto-maternal interface. Responsibilities In vitro pharmacology: placental drug transporters (P-gp/BCRP) and CYP-mediated metabolism in trophoblast and related cell models In vivo pharmacology: PK/PD characterization, drug exposure, and disposition in animal models Computational pharmacology and PBPK/PK modeling of maternal-fetal drug exposure Manuscript preparation, conference presentation, and grant support Required Qualifications PhD/MD-PhD in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field Strong publication record Preferred PBPK/PK modeling platforms; transporter kinetics; network pharmacology or computational screening; extracellular vesicle characterization To Apply Submit cover letter, CV, and three references to View email address on click.appcast.io.
