responsibilities:

• Maintain, label, and organize a comprehensive archiving system, utilizing specialized storage software for secure electronic filing and long-term storage.

• Leverage SAP transaction knowledge and a project management background to interpret, develop, and manage Bills of Materials (BOM).

• Ensure strict documentation integrity, manage secure access control, remove obsolete files, and actively support internal and external audit compliance.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent documentation standards across the company, providing proofreading, transcription, and file conversion support.
