No recruitment games, no broken promises. We have immediate, full-time W2 openings for Class A CDL drivers who want steady miles and a predictable paycheck. Running solid lanes from Kansas to Eastern freight hubs. Whether you are a veteran driver or just finished school with 0 professional miles, we will treat you with respect from day one.

The Hard Facts:

Weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 gross (calculated honestly by your route and miles).
Payday: Direct deposit every single Friday.
The Fleet: Clean, late-model 2024 and 2025 Freightliners and Kenworths. Every truck is assigned and equipped with an APU. No slip-seating.
Home Time: Dependable, structured weekly or bi-weekly schedules that respect your family time.

Paid Mentorship for School Grads: Got your CDL-A but zero OTR experience? If you have a 120-hour certificate from an accredited school, you qualify for our 3-to-5 week paid training. You'll go out one-on-one with a solid mentor to learn real-world handling, ELD compliance, and DOT inspections before you take your own solo truck.

What You Need:

A valid Class A CDL.
A clean, safe driving record.
Ability to pass the standard DOT physical and drug test.
