Job Description:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Behavioral Health will provide nursing care in an outpatient setting, specifically assisting in managing patients with various psychiatric conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Administer injections, including long-acting anti-psychotics
- Perform phlebotomy and coordinate medication refills
- Handle prior authorizations and medication reconciliation
- Use EPIC for electronic medical records and coordinate patient rooming
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in any psychiatric setting
- Current BLS certification and WA state or compact LPN license
- CPI or MOAB certification
- Proficiency in EPIC (any version), Outlook, and phone work
