Attract: Identify & attract candidates within the healthcare industry for assigned job openings
Consult: Align candidates goals with client opportunities, providing value-driven career consultations
Close: Build trust, demonstrate value, and close deals through strategic phone sales
Where: Work nationally from our office in Bend, OR - No travel required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous sales experience
Previous phone sales experience preferred
Bachelor in Business or related field
Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems
Self-motivated and driven to excel
Positive attitude, humility & hunger to grow
Local to Central Oregon to ability to relocate
