What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed OT Help patients regain independence and daily living skills in their homes Observe, document, and communicate patient progress to the care team Support safe home environments and functional mobility Educate patients and families to promote long‑term success Who You Are Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused Comfortable working independently in the home setting A team player who values collaboration and support Motivated by meaningful, one‑on‑one patient care Qualifications Graduate of an ACOTE‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program Active COTA certification and current California state licensure Minimum 1 year of experience (home health preferred, not required) Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Current CPR certification Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Schedule Options We are currently hiring for Full‑Time and Per Diem COTA opportunities.
