Job Overview Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Bentonville, Arkansas. Qualifications LCSW or LMFT or LPC Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Clinicians must be licensed and living in Arkansas. Compensation Up to $57,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities Provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week. Act as a true partner within the team. Serve as a behavioral health generalist open to seeing couples and/or children (with support provided). May grow into leadership or supervisory roles. Complete clinical notes within 24 hours. Demonstrate integrity, honesty, adaptability, and high quality of care. Participate in team collaboration and professional development. Benefits Guaranteed pay and paid orientation.
