ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our rapidly growing team in Morrisville, North Carolina. WHAT YOU’LL DO Inspecting: Visually, manually, and digitally examining products and raw materials to ensure they meet Anduril standards as described by engineering, both internal and external, as well as quality management system (QMS) requirements. Measuring: Using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and/or metrology to measure product dimensions to verify they match the design. Testing: Running tests to identify defects and using machines to test products via Tap testing, manual testing, and NDT/NDI methods. Comparing: Comparing products to a model to ensure they meet high standards Recording: Reporting inspection and test data, such as weights, temperatures, and quantities inspected Adjusting: Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process Rejecting: Removing/Red tagging products and materials that don't meet specifications until the issue is resolved. Communicating: Communicating product quality standards to Technicians, leads, and managers. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance High School graduate or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of Composite Fabrication or aerospace equivalent experience Experience collaborating cross functionally Polished communication and presentation skills A bias towards action, Quality, and Detail. Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Self-autonomy and strong work ethic US Hourly Range $30.01—$41.01 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
