Job Description Hospitalist Nocturnist (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) - Northwest Medical Center - Sahuarita, AZ Northwest Medical Center - Sahuarita is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join its dedicated Hospitalist team near Tucson, Arizona, in a Nocturnist capacity. Compensation & Classification Flexibility Competitive Pay: up to $100/hour for night shifts. Employment Structure: Flexible options including W-2 or 1099 independent contractor arrangements. Availability: Open to Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN schedules. Seeking FULL TIME Position Highlights Location: Desirable community located less than a 30-minute drive from Tucson, AZ. Team Dynamic: Highly collaborative, physician-led inpatient hospitalist group. Practice Focus: Focused nocturnal coverage supporting the inpatient medicine service. Requirements & Qualifications Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) required due to inpatient acuity. Must hold or be eligible to obtain an active Arizona state nursing license. Prior inpatient hospitalist experience is highly preferred.
