Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract, requiring flexibility across multiple surgical service lines including general, neuro, ortho, and robotics, with weekend and call requirements.

Requirements

• Active SC or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA only)
• Nursys verification required within 30 days of start

Additional Information

• Circulating duties performed with efficiency across assigned service lines
• Responsibilities include OR prep, patient positioning, Safe Surgery checklist verification, and serving as communication liaison to family and surgical team
• Delegates, supervises, and evaluates activities of other team members as needed
• Maintains supply and equipment management support
