Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room License: Current RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH Must-Have: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Patient Ratio Experience: 4 - Charting System Experience: Preferred - Travel Experience: Required Description: Minimum 2 years experience in Emergency Room. BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications required. Experience in managing patients with abdominal pain, acute psychosis, and asthma. Skilled in arterial line management and blood product administration. Proficient in care of ventilated patients and central line management. Experience with trauma patients and neuro trauma management preferred. Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and manage drug overdoses. Capable of performing intubation, starting and maintaining IVs, and administering emergency medications. Experience in managing violent behavior and psychiatric holds. Knowledgeable in triage and emergency procedures. Ability to work with diverse patient populations including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Strong teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required. Ability to adapt to changing patient volumes and assignments.
