Job Description Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, Aurora, CO Department: Med Surg Progressive Care Work Schedule: Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Day and Night Rotation Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour (dependent on relevant experience) Position is onsite; no hybrid or remote option. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. ACLS certification BLS certification – BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR card must be valid for at least 60 days after hire. Progressive Care Focus Direct care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a technically complex environment. Application of AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards as part of evidence‑based care models. Clinical Educators support individualized specialty education and training for competency validation.
