Quality Control Technician

$32-36/hr. depending on experience

Mon - Fri 6 am- 3pm, overtime on Saturdays

Our client in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Inspect, test, and verify control panels and components
• Interpret and verify Bill of Materials and electrical schematics
• Perform electronic testing and trace wire origins/tags for accuracy
• Power up and test AC/DC systems following OSHA/NEC safety protocols
• Validate the operation of PLCs and instrument loops
• Utilize platforms such Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, and Scada Pac for I/O testing
• Submit and follow up on corrective work orders

REQUIREMENTS

• Associate Degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent from a technical school
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with electrical circuits, relays, and test equipment
• Military technical training a plus

Must have at least 2 years of either instrumentation, panel fabrication, electrical quality inspections, or mid-range (120VAC-480VAC) voltage testing (IE National electric, CEC, Prism)
