Accounts Receivable Manager

We are currently partnering with a well-established equipment sales and service company seeking an Accounts Receivable & Billing Manager to join their team. What You'll Do Manage the full accounts receivable cycle from invoice generation through payment collection. Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices. Process and apply customer payments and cash receipts. Maintain customer account records and billing information. Monitor outstanding receivables and assist with collections efforts. Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Reconcile accounts and support month-end accounting activities. Prepare aging reports and other receivables-related reporting. Partner with operations, sales, and service teams to ensure billing accuracy. Assist with special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or related experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
