What You'll Be Doing
- Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Assess patient health and implement nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment effectiveness
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
What We Need To See
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Commitment to improving patient care and safety
