Job Details Size of Projects: $100 Mil +, 100,000 sq ft. Data Centers, Distribution Warehouses, Food Processing Plants, Automotive Manufacturing Plants. Must be open to 10 days on 4 days off - Work Schedule, and occasional travel nationwide to substitute for another Site Superintendent. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Site Superintendent to join our team. This exciting role is at the heart of our mission-critical operations, responsible for overseeing the construction of state-of-the-art data centers and distribution warehouses. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the construction process, ensuring the smooth operation and timely completion of projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects and the responsibility of managing a diverse team of construction professionals. Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Review and interpret project plans and specifications, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as necessary. Coordinate and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing effective solutions. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and building regulations, maintaining meticulous records of all site activities. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries. Conduct site inspections and audits, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization and minimal waste. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the data center or distribution warehouse construction sector. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, with a strong understanding of data center infrastructure. Demonstrated experience in managing mission-critical construction projects, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of construction professionals. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues before they occur. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams. Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
