• 12-hour shifts, 7 pm - 7 am nights and 7 am - 7 pm days
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• Hospital with low volume emergency department
• ICU/critical care duties with ventilator management required
• Average 2 admissions per day
• Ongoing coverage
• 54 average total inpatient census
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
