Every day, our warehouse team ships barbells, squat racks, weight plates, and strength equipment to customers across the country. The quality of our work directly impacts the customer experience. What You'll Do Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Receive and verify inbound shipments. Organize products and maintain warehouse locations. Assist with inventory counts and accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment (if qualified). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Follow established warehouse systems and procedures. Identify problems and opportunities for improvement. Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and other warehouse operations as business needs require. What Success Looks Like A successful Thunderbeast: Ships accurate orders. Receives inventory correctly. Maintains an organized warehouse. Follows processes consistently. What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to follow processes and maintain standards Strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable learning systems and technology Ability to work independently without constant supervision Willingness to learn new warehouse, shipping, and inventory skills Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs Nice to Have Warehouse, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems Experience with receiving, shipping, or inventory control Forklift or pallet jack experience This Role Is Probably a Good Fit If You... Level I Warehouse fundamentals, picking, packing, and fulfillment. Level II Shipping, receiving, inventory transactions, and cycle counts. Level III Inventory investigations, process improvement, training, and warehouse subject matter expertise. Advancement is earned through reliability, accuracy, ownership, and demonstrated performance. Compensation is based on demonstrated capability, experience, and role level.
