Role Fleet Maintenance Trainer Responsibilities Develops and facilitates training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, safety, and maintenance quality. Develops and facilitates training content for fleet technicians on diagnosis, repair, safety, and maintenance quality. Collaborates with leadership to align learning solutions, delivers programs independently or with partners, and creates a core content library. Supports pre-program activities, customizes content, and ensures effective delivery to meet client objectives. Demonstrates strong business acumen, leadership, project management, and presentation skills. Qualifications Proven ability to adapt in dynamic environments, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical and business concepts effectively. Strong organizational, planning, and technology facilitation skills. Knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical, air systems, chassis, electronics, and diesel maintenance.
