6 West ICC (Cardiac Intermediate) at Forsyth Medical Center is seeking a Medical Unit Receptionist (MUR). The MUR performs clerical and receptionist roles to facilitate the efficient operation and maintenance of the patient care area under the supervision of the health care team members.

• Schedule: 3pm-1am, Full-time 2nd shift

• Department: Cardiac Intermediate

• Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC

What You'll Do

The Medical Unit Receptionist (MUR) performs clerical and receptionist roles to facilitate the efficient operation and maintenance of the patient care area under the supervision of the health care team members.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

• Experience: One year experience in healthcare, preferred.

• Licensure/Certification: NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

• Additional Skills (preferred): Experience with answering multiple phone lines. Basic computer skills. Excellent customer service behaviors.
