Junior Data Analyst

To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Junior Data Analyst will analyze operational and business data, create and maintain dashboards and scorecards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Support regular and ad hoc analyses to answer key business and operational questions Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring timely access to reliable data for decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, answer questions, and surface insights Required Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a data analyst role, internship, academic research, or similar analytical experience Working knowledge of SQL and ability to write basic queries to extract and analyze data Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
