Production Operator

Production Technician - Manufacturing We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position involves performing a variety of production duties in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn multiple aspects of our production process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities - Perform a variety of production and manufacturing tasks as assigned. - Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures. - Handle and process small components and materials. - Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. - Follow written work instructions, specifications, and production procedures. - Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. - Monitor work for potential quality issues and report concerns when necessary. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. - Follow all company safety and quality procedures. - Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production employees. - Learn multiple production processes and assist in different departments as needed. Qualifications - Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. - High School Diploma, or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Dependable attendance and punctuality. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. - Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. - Willingness to learn new processes and operate various types of production equipment. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including sitting or standing for extended periods.
